ü Operation - Two wire / Three wire / Four wire Mechanical.
ü Wear Plates/ Tooth points - Steel cast Cr-Mn on bottom face of Grab and fixed to bucket with HT CSK bolts.
ü Materials for Construction –All Plates & Flats - IS 2062: 2011 (Grade E350). All Shafts & Pins – EN 24 Hardened & ground. Bushes - PB (IS 7811-1986). Wire rope pullies - IS 1030: 1998 grade 280-450W, rope grooves flame hardened. Pullies will be provided with sealed ball bearings for dry working For wet working these will be with PB bushes.
ü All welded parts will be stress relieved and shot blasted before painting.
