Lifting Cranes

We are offreing goliath crane. This crane is supplied to major mnc's in india.
Specifications: swl 3/2 t, span 6. 3 m, lift 5. 5 m, all electric pendant control & VFT control for hoist motors.

The gantry shown here is used for welding pipes to form boiler coils.  spaecifications are as follows,

• SPAN 4 m
• height below hoist girder 2. 2 m
• crab ct movement is manual.
• crab carries orbital welder
• gantry is provided with festoon arrangement to carry welding cable, gas pipe line.
• orbital welding torch is suspended from crab with the help of spring balancer to reduce fatigue on operator.
• lt mechanism is motorized.
• end carrige trolley carries welding set & control panel.
• electric supply to crane for welding machine & lt motors is through shrouded bus bars.

This is self propelled compact unit where operator controls all movements.

We are offreing single girder EOT cranes to customer specifications. Shown here is single girder, underslung hoist, with swl - 5 ton, span - 16. 75 m, lift- 5 m,long travel - 34 m. This crane has been supplied to mnc and is working in their western maharashtra (india) unit.

SGEOT crane shown here is used in steel foundry for hot metal ladle handling.

Cable carrier trolleys developed by us for EOT crane application are made out of pressed steel section plated for rust prevension &havedouble sealed ball bearings acting as rollers. Whole assembly moves  on ‘T’ section rolled beam.
