Concrete form work (Shuttering) shown here is for psc girder. This is made out of 4 mm thk ms sheet, backed by ms flat 12 x 50 & 6 x 50 mm. Photograph depict form work assembled for length of  10 m. Total quantum was 40 m length of 2 side forms sets & 8 nos bottom shuttering. Bottom shuttering is made out of mc 150 supporting bottom plates. This has been supplied to well known construction consortium in karnataka state(india).

Our round shuttering is available in size of 900 mm dia. X 2400 mm long material used: made from 10 x 50 mm ms flat & 2. 5 mm ms sheet. They are used in bridge pier columns.

We are offreing cutting edge for bridge pier. This cutting edge is made up of ms angle 75 x 6 welded back to back & bent to obtain the required shape. Vertical flat is 20 mm thick x 300 mm wide bent to shape and welded to angle to form strong cutting edge for bridge foundation wells.

We are offering mixing drum. This drum is for 2 cub-m reversible drum concrete mixer. This is an import substitution.

We are offering ARC truss. This truss is made from ms pipes. Diameter varies from 300 mm to 150 mm. Span 31. 5 m & rise in center of truss is of 8 m.

Column shown here is 600 mm  x 900 mm x 4800 mm long. This column gets folded as ladders & bracings. Completed column weighs about 300 kg.
As this is folding type column no of columns per truck load is more, which saves on transport cost. swl of column is 40 tons.
